Erma Farina Zulkifli
Patient Service Associate

Erma completed her studies in Health Services and Management at Republic Polytechnic in 2020.

She subsequently completed a five-month internship at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). She discovered that interacting with patients was enjoyable and that she understood the genuine meaning of empathy as a result of her time at NCCS.

She began working as a Patient Service Associate (PSA) at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) full-time. She is expected to manage ward duties, schedule inpatient appointments, training of new staff and other ad-hoc duties. She was eventually promoted to Senior Patient Service Associate (SPSA) as a result of her diligent efforts.

Having worked at NGTFH for a few years, she made the decision to become a PSA at the Centre for Advanced Rehabilitation (CARe) in order to expand her knowledge and skills. She would like to increase her experience in the private healthcare sector after working in a public hospital in the past. Erma is interested in trying out a new environment and learning more about how the private clinic runs.
