Do I need a doctor's referral?
In many cases, a referral from a primary care physician, surgeon, or general practitioner is preferred. This referral helps ensure that the clinic's services are align with your specific needs and that there is a coordinated approach to your care. Our therapists are able to attend to you without a referral. However, if we assess that you need a doctor's consult, we will advise you accordingly.
How long does rehabilitation typically last?
The duration of rehabilitation varies depending on the individual's condition, severity of injury or illness, and overall progress. Some individuals may require a few weeks of rehabilitation, while others may need several months or longer. The healthcare team at CARe will assess your progress and adjust treatment goals together with you.
Will my insurance cover the cost of my rehabilitation?

Some insurance plans provide coverage for rehabilitation, while others may have limitations or require pre-authorization. It's important to contact your insurance provider to understand the specifics of your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket expenses. You may also check in with our staff on the insurance panels we are on.

You may undergo physical tests, screenings to gather more information. The team will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and discuss the expected duration of rehabilitation.
Should I continue my rehabilitation exercises at home?
