Welcome to CARe, where healing and restoring functional abilities are our utmost priority. We are a dedicated team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists working together to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Our therapists are all registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) in Singapore. We are passionate about helping people regain their independence, improve their quality of life, and reach their maximum potential.

Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, focuses on restoring movement and function. Our skilled physiotherapists assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions. Using a variety of techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, we aim to reduce pain, improve mobility, enhance strength and flexibility, and promote overall wellness.

Occupational therapy, on the other hand, concentrates on enabling individuals to engage in meaningful activities and perform daily tasks independently. Our occupational therapists assess individuals' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities, and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans. In particular, we have Hand Occupational Therapists who specializes in Hand Therapy and Upper limb rehabilitation to care for patients with these conditions. Through therapeutic activities, adaptive strategies, assistive devices, and environmental modifications, we strive to enhance individuals' functional abilities and facilitate their participation in daily life activities, work, and leisure pursuits.
