This is a specialised workshop designed to enhance clinicians' skills in treating triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) injuries. Participants will be empowered with cutting-edge evaluation techniques, evidence-based interventions, and advanced rehabilitation strategies to optimise patient outcomes and restore wrist function effectively. Emphasis on high level performance rehabilitation and consideration variables for rehabilitation programme will be discussed in detail. This workshop is suitable for both young and experienced clinicians from various healthcare sectors.
Learning Objectives
1. Understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the wrist, focusing on ligament structure.

2. Apply clinical assessments to identify a TFCC injury.
​​
3. Develop and implement evidence-based rehabilitation protocols with emphasis on high level performance rehabilitation programme design which encompasses proper and specific neuromuscular recruitment.

4. Apply manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular exercises, and splinting methods effectively.
​​
5. Collaborate with surgeon and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
